Creekpointe offers VHDA designated Affordable Housing, meaning minimum and maximum income limits do apply. Please see maximum income limits below:

Note: Maximum income allowed for tenants of affordable rental units are based on the number of persons in the household, not on the size of the unit. Contact a leasing professional for current minimum income limits.
REQUIRED APPLICATION ITEMS AND DOCUMENTS
Upon completion of the online application, a leasing representative will reach out to collect additional income documentation to determine eligibility. Please see below for examples of documentation you may be required to provide. Note that this list is not exhaustiveeach family is different, so required documentation may be different. Your timely response to documentation requests will prevent any lengthy delays in processing of your application.
The following is required at the time of application:
- Valid/Unexpired Government-Issued Photo IDs for all adults (18 years of age or older)
- Birth Certificates for minors (17 years of age or younger)
- Social Security cards for all persons living in the home.
- Proof of Income, which may include one or more of the following:
- Most recent federal income tax return for all self-employed applicants
- Four most recent consecutive pay stubs plus the first paystub of the year
- Most recently dated statements/documents from: (If applicable)
- Child Support
- Alimony
- Social Security benefits
- Veterans benefits
- Unemployment benefits
- Pension and/or retirement income
- Disability income
- Regular gifts or contributions from person not members of the household
- Public assistance
- Asssets
- Self-declaration affidavit of assets.
- Assets may require additional recently dated verification and/or documentation such as statements/withdrawal confirmations.
